Currently CEO of Accedo Interactive, a young, rapid growing digital company with several of Denmarks largest companies as clients. Mr. Kragh also serves on the board of several online based software companies. |

Boardmember & Co-Founder - Carsten Bank Mikkelsen Has spearheaded the development and subsequent sale of multiple companies within the internet and media industry. He serves on several boards in both Danish and foreign companies with a combined portfolio boosting an excess of $30 Million in turnover and employing more than 130 people. Prior to this Mr. Mikkelsen served as Nordic sales and marketing director for US owned IT company Maczone/PcZone. |

Torben Frigaard Rasmussen - Chairman of the Board Currently CEO at e-conomic International A/S, European market leader of SaaS based accounting solutions for SME’s with 20,000+ active companies and 30,000 active users with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Norway, UK, Germany and Spain. In the past, Mr. Rasmussen was CEO of the world’s largest, publicly listed, email and marketing company, Come&Stay in Paris, France. He brought the company from 6 people in 2001 to 200 people in 2007 and grew revenues from 100,000 EUR to 30 Million EUR in 2007, Come & Stay holds offices in 16 countries. |
