The Climate in Flash06/01-2010
The focus has been set on the climate in a new exciting project on digital media where Visiolink has made E-pages available for a project established by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten, research center Digital Urban Living, University of Aarhus, Update and Alexandra Instituttet A/S. The focus of the project has been new on new types of online jounalism, multimedia tools and interaction technologies. The participants has been researching on different types of media like web, E-pages, Wiki’s and Video. Visiolink has support the use of E-pages in this project.

Focus on the Climate
The content for the online magazines will mostly come from JP.dk and will focus on central themes from the Climate conference COP15 which was held in Copenhagen in December 2009. The themes in the e-magazines are locally, nationaly and globally relevant and will be:
- Biofuels
- CO2 emissions
- Sustainable forestry and certification
Up until now two e-magazines has been published - Jyllands-Postens section Indblik and the magazine eKlima.
During COP15 Jyllands-Posten published a special edition of the section Indblik where the editor Peter Rosendal welcomes the readers to a magazine which “connects past tence, presense and the future and not least solutions”. The magazines contain some interessting Flash objects including an article how to reduce CO2 emissions from your own house. In the article it is possible to see your savings on CO2 emissions by clicking on different objects. The other magazine in the project “eKlima” is about “development that also destroys” and focuses on Indonesia which is the worlds thirds largest emitter of greenhouse gases.
