Service and Support
Visiolink provides 24 hour service. If any problems should arise with any Visiolink solution (E-publish or E-pages), hosting or other issues, Visiolink can be contacted 24 hours a day.
Error corrections assume highest priority at Visiolink. When reporting bugs during regular office hours, corrections will commence within 1 hour and within 4 hours if request is made outside regular office hours.
If the client assesses that an error could be caused by conditions in the software/installation, the client should notify Visiolink, who then will execute to correct errors without delay. If Visiolink subsequently determines that a reported error is unrelated to our solution the customer will be required to pay for time spent by Visiolink.
Visiolinks solutions and systems are updated continuously. For larger updates that may cause downtime, the customer will be notified in advance.
For support outside normal office hours, the customer will be billed DKK 1,400.00 ex. VAT (Value Added Tax) per hour.
